Summary: Shipwrecks
Review: "Shipwrecks" gives the reader a very good history of the major wrecks (Titanic, Exxon Valdez, etc.) and some of the minor wrecks throughout history. It covers the period from 288 B.C. to 1996 A.D. Many pictures and eyewitness accounts document these tragedies. I had seen some of these shipwrecks in the news. It was interesting to find out what really happened.

Rating: 1 stars

Summary: A Stunningly Terrible Book
Review: At first shine this book may seem like an interesting read, but if you already possess even a simplistic knowledge of Shipwrecks, this book falls well short of the mark. Not only is there no balance between historically interesting wrecks and the 100's of uninteresting wrecks, but there are also factual errors in the text. This book is not worth purchasing.
