Summary: Informative and helpful
Review: I found this book to be informative. Bear baiting & trapping is not a new or recent phenomenon. It times past many citizens felt it was an honorable calling. Who among the ranks of the outdoorsmen has not heard the stricken cry of the woeful preservationist? According to these people, all our country has left is seven cougars, two whales, one woodepecker, twenty-seven bobcats, nineteen deer, eleven foxes and a partridge in a pear tree. Just dont be so rude to ask how these figures were determined. Great content and down to earth lingo.

Summary: Good Book
Review: This book was very helpful and I'm not suprised that the last person to comment is from the "Land down under with no guns" it 's liberal garbage like yours that caused the problems you know face.

Summary: Are you kidding me????
Review: What a joke this book is..... I had to read it just to see what it entailed. If you are involved in wildlife management, then this is a great book for you to assist with catching problem bears. However, if you are a "hunter" then you shouldn't need this book. Baiting a bear or using dogs to track one down to tree it is not hunting. I am by no means against hunting, but you should have to stalk your own game ..... none of this ordering up a bear with honey and meat to bring him into your sights. That is downright cowardly. Do yourself a favor if you are thinking about this book for a hunting trip ..... start an exercise program and trek your own. Good luck!
