Review: This is a highly technical, yet easily understandable, compilation of statements by leading authorities. Ten chapters, every one a gem! With a strong interest in Macro-engineering (1/2 Geo-engineering, 1/2 Terraforming), I found this text fascinating. One chapter that especially interested me: David W. Keith's history of climate geo-engineering writings. Dr. Watts, somehow, managed to keep these mavrick problem-solvers from digresssing too far, yet the book is still overflowing with unique energy system insights and good English. This is NOT one of those jargon-filled tech texts that drive so many members of the educated, curious-about-Science, public to ignore Science!
