Ms. Gamble-Arsenault writes in a simple, down-to-earth but flowing style, which makes you feel like you are listening to her talk around the kitchen table over coffee.

Her descriptions of the many horses are true to life, showing that she knows horses, and loves them for the beautiful creatures they are. Canada has good reason to be proud of it's famous jumping horses from the past 100 years, and equally proud of this entertaining author.
