Summary: Very helpful for new mothers
Review: This book was a gift for me when I was pregnant with my first child who is now eight years old. I've used many of the remedies in the past and continue to use them now. I prefer herbal remedies to the over the counter medicinal treatments, so I was delighted when I received this book. I now have other family members with infants and toddlers who call me for remedies. I refuse to part with my book, but wish to buy the book as a gift for others. This book is easy to follow.
