Review: This is a great book. My son was born overseas in a small town and this book was the only natural childbirth resource I used. It provided me with all the necessary information about the Lamaze method which proved to be a HUGE help for me during the birth process. The pre-delivery exercise plan included is simple yet effective. I highly recommend this book to any woman, but especially those who - for whatever reason - may not be taking any specific childbirthing classes.

Review: This was a great book and I would highly recommend it. My friends who have read said they loved it too. It really prepared me for the childbirth experience. It was the most useful book I had read and neatly summarized key points (various pain relief methods with pros and cons and the various stages of labor for example). The birth stories gave a wide range of views about the childbirth experience. Well worth reading!!
