Review: I attended the Pursuit of Passionate Purpose workshop as a seeker of passionate purpose. I had a steady engineering job and a fat paycheck, but little passion for my work or life. I began the workshop with phase one, "Know and Nurture the Person," of Theresa Szczurek's four-phase model for success, described in her new book. I reviewed my values, surveyed my unique talents and gifts, and took a fresh look at the needs of the world. This helped me find a new passion for "comforting others." Soon after the workshop, I was laid off from a high-tech engineering job, and decided that now was the time to make a career change to something that included my passion. I enrolled in massage therapy school for a year of training in the art and science of massage and "comforting others." Now in the first year of a private practice in massage therapy, my work is a pleasure for both my clients and myself. I am now working through the book to further the pursuit of my passionate purpose, as I expand my business into developing products for the massage industry.

Review: I had been sitting on the fence finishing my book. After reading Pursuit Of Passionate Purpose, I realized no one was going to finish the book but me and I didn't have forever to live my dreams. Each day that went by that I didn't do what I loved was a lost day. The book provided the push to discipline myself, focus my day, and live what I love. After reading the book, I finished the pieces I need to sell my book. But I loved the process of living my dream each day that I wrote. Thank you Theresa.

The book contains a practical method to support people in effecting the changes they are seeking. The stories of various people interviewed by the author are really interesting and inspiring.
