Summary: A great guide book to the laws concerning marijuana
Review: This book is completely necessary in today's world. Because propaganda and ignorance still prevail, any legalization of this God-sent drug probably won't happen in the near future. This book tells you what you need to know in order to privately use marijuana and...not get caught! It tells you the rights that you do and do not have concerning search and seizure, police conduct, drug tests, etc., etc. This is a must have!

Summary: A Must Have For "War On Drugs" Victims
Review: This book is very thorough. Especially worth mentioning is the eloquently worded preface, in which Boire likens the government's banning of marijuana to the government's banning of a particular book. (Reminds me of the Pakistan fiasco over Salman Rushdie's "The Satanic Verses" back in the late 1980's.) He then concludes, "My mind is my own." Wow! That gave me the chills.

Summary: Out of date but a reference.
Review: This book it out of date if you look at it. The first few pages I browsed through said it was illegal to have marijuana in all states. I'm thinking, "You forget that if you have it for medical purposes it's legal." I decide to check out the date of this book and it is 1996. A lot of stuff has changed since then. Not too great but things have changed. I would look at this book to see an old perspective of how martijuana is viewed and can still be viewed tosay in some aspects.

Summary: A wonderfully written guide to the law!
Review: This book was wonderfully written. It is divided into accessible chapters so you can read any chapter without missing the point. I recommend this book to anyone who is interested in the law, especially those who use drugs or would like to know their rights.
