Summary: Mortgage Loans "What's Right For You ?"
Review: I am in the market for my 1st home that is a reason I have read several " mortgage books ". I highly recommend this book. The author explained different loans in great details. He also including a current realistic budget I used before getting over my head. I am confidence I will save money on my new purchase. The only down fall I wished there was a current issue. I would like to have compared 1997 to 2001 editions, to see if the loan process has changed into the 21st century.
