Review: My mother loves this book, the ease in reading and understanding. She is a diabetic and can no longer see the fine print. Will there be in the future a large print or audio cassette of this book? I would love to surprise her with this as a gift.

Review: The devotionals are "real". Any mom can relate. The devotionals make you WANT to read beyond the recommended Scriptures, because you realize how much relevance they hold for your life. This was the best gift my husband ever gave me!

Review: The devotions always come right on time. They uplift and encourage you especially at a time when you need ministering to a special need. I have editions 1 and 2 and I read them constantly. There is a word for everyone's life and situation. The NIV text is especially easier to read than KJV to me and so I'm all the more motivated to read the Word. Everyone I purchase bibles for receives an NIV version. I love it immensely.

Review: This is one of my favorite Bibles. If you're looking to study the Bible in a year, grab this one and off you go! It's very interesting to read the devotionals and then try to apply what was said to your life. I use this Bible as a pick-me-up whenever I've had a rough day. Somehow, I find a devotional that applies to the situation and also, one that highlights what may have happened that day. It's a definite must in today's world, trust me! I've had mine for about 12 years now and need to replace it. It's about worn out!

You might want to record yourself reading this Bible as a present to your mother since at this time there isn't any plans to do a audio of this particular devotional Bible.
