Rating: Summary: Could Be the Last Self-Help Book You Will Ever Read Review: I wrote this book when I had been doing spiritual practices for 25 years, and realized that it was time to actually ENJOY myself and my life. I became ready to give up my long-steeped identity as a student, and step forward as a whole and magnificent being, even with all of my humanness.I Had it All the Time is ideal for those who have gone through many workshops, trainings, gurus, and therapists, and read all manner of self-help books; also for those who are ready to take their power back from anyone or anything outside themselves. The book includes many practical illustrations to bring these points home once and for all. One good reading and absorption of these principles can set you free and move you to a whole new level of REAL life! If this is the last book of mine you read, I will feel well complimented.
Rating: Summary: should've been a best seller Review: In a perfect world I would like this book to adhear to all religions. It favors christianity way too much. However, I will admit it is the best self help book I have ever read. Unfortunately,I don't read it because of my gripe with the religous ferver that this book and most self help books copy. It must be a general accepted priniple.

Rating: Summary: Once again Alan Cohen has brought a great book to us!! Review: One of the problems of those who are interested in self-development is that they try to learn more and more how to develop, and they do almose nothing to improve themselves. This book, using humor and anectdotes, tell you how to start living the way you already know you should.
