Summary: Astral Travel for Anyone!
Review: When I was growing up and heard the terms astral travel or out-of-body experience, I was fascinated and curious, but shrugged it off, thinking it was something that only a few could achieve, such as those born with special faculties or abilities. But the author, VM Beelzebub has proven me very wrong! I had my first conscious astral projection experience using the techniques given in this book and since then have continued to learn and experience more of the astral plane. This book tells you everything you need to know about the astral and what to do there, and it also provides weekly exercises to try at home, web links to sound files, and informative question and answer sections. It is certainly ahead of the rest in its ability to cut through complicated jargon and explain in plain and simple terms how to get real astral experiences. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a practical guide on astral travel. You will not be disappointed!
