Rating: Summary: Good... Review: A brief glance at television listings, magazine articles, and best seller lists reveals that people want their lives to mean something more than just breathing. Most know they want something but the questions are what and how to get there? Books like the Purpose Driven Life have capitalized on this, but just knowing you have a purpose doesn't tell you where to drive it.The authors have devised an atlas to help you get there. If one is Christian, then according to one of the Creeds, our purpose is chiefly to glorify God, and their point is that no matter what the seconary purpose of our life might be, we have a ministry. God can use anyone from a President to a pot scrubber. They have even included tools to help you know more about who you are and how you are wired to serve. **** If you have any interest in knowing why you are here and finding out what makes you unique; or how to deal with all the other unique people out there, then read this book. It is both spiritually and psychologically sound; and while very intellectual, is communicated on a level accessible to all. **** Reviewed by Amanda Killgore
