Review: Our company bought this book two weeks ago as a guide to develop our "Masterplan". This book lives up to its claim that it can work for any size organization. It gives information on defining roles in organizations, how to define and refine your purpose and masterplan and how to follow through. This book will not only help in our company's ministry on a large scale, but it's already helping me in my division within the company and in my own personal life. This book has more good information than I can mention! I'm buying a copy for myself.
