NIV Thinline Bible, Large Print

Review: "Large Print is not so large.....There was no sample or specificatrion on the font size. Not sure, but the font is a 10 or so, not too good for someone with poor eyesight or someone who has to use a magnifying glass in addition to glasses.

Review: As others have mentioned, and I'll mention again, the font is just _barely_ larger than you'll find in a normal book. It's not the two- or three-times larger font we were expecting. (Pretty disappointing, considering my dad misses reading his Bible since his eyesight went bad...) I highly recommend the dramatized readings of the bible, having bought one myself (and, happily, was able to lend to my dad when his eyesight went bad).

Review: Extremely thin for a large print Bible. I use this to give to any new person or convert who wants a Bible they can keep for years to come. Great price. A no lose situation.

The Bible itself is very nice and streamline, making it easy to take with you and it takes up little space on the book shelf. The red letters of Christ are nice too. Of all the Bibles I have thumbed through, this one is actually sized right for daily reading.

Review: The KJV is so much better than this piece of crap but My friend said the NIV was so much better but it's not because the KJV really kicks a$$ and I read the KJV all the time except for when I'm not reading it and I don't think the large print is a big selling point and I think it's just a cheap ploy to target old people and sucker the old geezers into buying this when they should be reading the KJV or better yet, just watching TV like old people should and not reading the NIV either because it targets people with bad eyesight.
