Rating: Summary: A Good Book for the Aspiring Christian Review: Chuck Swindoll's "Quest For Character" is an easy-to-understand, comprehensive look at what it is to be more like Christ. He focuses on specific areas that Christians (and nearly any human) struggle with, and provides informative, encouraging, wise words on what to strive for in life, as well as what not to strive for. For example, the first chapter focuses on the Big Four: Power, Pleasure, Fortune, and Fame. These are things, Swindoll explains, that we should not seek, although many of us do... Overall, Swindoll's book is great, a must-read, and worthy of being read over several times. I am surprised it is so 'unheard of' and hope that you will give it a try. I highly recommend this book!
