Summary: Get Ready to Invade...
Review: Pastor Jack's classic book, Prayer is Invading the Impossible, is a well-written expose concerning his belief about the relationship of the kingdom of God and the centrality of prayer. This book is not just about prayer. One will be surprised to find all the references to the kingdom of God and God's awesome purposes for believers today. There are ideas about prayer, praying, and being a person of prayer. There are also practical tips and stirring discourses regarding prayer. Although you and I would probably find things we disagree with, it is a great book. I was a little nervous that is would just be another boring devotional book on prayer, but it is far more than that. It is excellent. It will get your batteries charged!
