Summary: a great resource for someone considering ministry
Review: While Sorting It Out could be a little more in depth, it makes a good, fast read for someone thinking about pursuing ministry as a career. The book is well organized, easy to follow and understand, and presents ideas that are easy to apply. In the nine chapters of this book Cullinan discusses what a call is and how some people, some biblical and some more recent, have recieved them, and some of the options to consider for career ministry. I was particularly interested in the chapter on bi-vocational ministry or "tent making", as it was a concept I hadn't thought about earlier.

I would recommend this book for college students who feel God may be calling them to ministry. It could also be a good resource for pastors or christian educators who council such students or anyone who wants to know what the concept of a "calling" is all about.
