Rating: Summary: I'm changed because of this book! Review: I know that it is difficult for some Christians to understand the intensity of Christ's love for us, but Basilea Schlink not only understands it, BUT puts in words!Life is difficult in today's society, but there is a strenght that can be obtained for a love-relationship with Christ Jesus that has real purpose and hope. This is what Basilea Schlink has so masterfully done! She describes Jesus and His love as He is TODAY; the hurts that burdens His heart for the creation that He gave His life for. If you are looking for an INTENSE love-relationship with Christ..DON'T PASS UP THIS BOOK!
Rating: Summary: Life Changing Love Review: In "My All for Him," Basilea Schlink describes from scripture the intimate and personal love that God in Jesus Christ has for His children. Through her words the intense commitment God chooses to make to the reader comes alive, and in turn challenges the reader to respond with love and commitment to God. This book describes Bridal Love between God and man very practically, so that the disciple can grasp that concept as his/her own. This book came to me early in my walk with the Lord and became part of the foundation for my life with Jesus. I highly recommend it for anyone serious about examining who Jesus is and His relationship with each believer. Similar books by this author are, "Behold His Love" and "Those That Love Him."
