Summary: Really cool read for teens
Review: This is an awesome book for teens on meditation. Soren Gordhamer has a great message. Unlike other writers, he really understands what it's like to be a teen right now--he has great advice for how to get in touch with the inner part of you and find some peace and acceptance. He seems really cool too--he's an author I'd like to meet!
