Summary: Fact or Fiction
Review: When I read this book I was fascinated by the information but felt as if I was reading science fiction. The time traveling reminds me of Quantum leap or some other show with a group of people time shifting through a worm hole generated by a remote control.

It also got me thinking about light speed, mass, energy and the curvilinear relationship between time and space. Not to mention the paradoxes and alternate parallel realities my traveling through time would generate.

On the other hand spiritual energy, mind enhancement, mind power and mind energy are other subjects that fascinate me because I know that at the present time the human race is not done evolving. The figure 8 exercise got me going there for a while, but I am not sure about how to measure the results or benefits of the exercise. The left brain, right brain theory does interest me, I would like to get a neurologist - psychiatrists point of view in this subject. Anyway that's my opinion.
