Summary: Good for the Novice
Review: As I was scanning this book in my local bookseller, I have to give Ms. McCoy credit for creating an intro book with less fluff than Silver Ravenwolf. The only reason I won't be purchasing this book is that a) I've been studying this for years (this book is ideal for the complete novice), b) This work is similar (although watered-down for novices) to Laurie Cabot's Power of the Witch (if you are continuing on the path of Witchcraft I would suggest at least looking at Ms. Cabot's works. Even though I'm not sure if I will buy this book (it may be useful as a quick reference, although Fiona Horne's Witch: A Magical Journey would also be useful), I think that it would be of great help for anyone who is "just curious" about Witchcraft (or Wicca in this case).

Summary: Great for a beginner
Review: I'm sure that there will be some witches who have been studying for years giving this book a bad review. But this was the first book I read on witchcraft, and I found it great for a beginner. It outlines the basic points of witchcraft, and has a list of basic things that you must use in your spells. It also helps you make the decision about becoming a witch. I love this book!
