Summary: The best Tarot Deck, by far!
Review: I have used several different Tarot decks over the years and this is, by far, the very best. It is a beautiful, honest deck and very well written. When the Guide book and the small booklet are used together to decipher the cards, the reading is quite clear. I appreciate that this deck does allow you to do your own readings. As an herbalist healer, I appreciate the information about the benefits of herbs in general. The focus of this deck is on healing both body and mind. I believe any tarot reader will be pleasantly surprised by the difference of this deck.

Summary: Not for beginners
Review: I love the art and encompassing herbs, but it was just too much to learn all 78 herbs and the cards as well. For that reason I give it 4 stars, and that alone. Otherwise, I'd highly recommend it. Especially if you find the card of happiness associated with the marijuana plant. This is deck is definetely for you. However, pot is not my bag. I pass it and the deck off to someone more interested!

Summary: Awesome Beginner Deck!
Review: This was my very first Tarot deck and I'm glad I started with this soothing, beautiful, informative deck. I'm an avid herb gardener and love that each card has a corresponding herb. You really need the book, though, to fully understand how the herbs are incorporated into each Tarot card and its meaning. I now have three decks and this one is still my all time favorite. The backs of the cards are beautifully illustrated with Rosemary plants and a couple of red lady bugs. The colors on the cards are soothing, soft and subltle. If you love herbs and are seeking to know yourself better through the Tarot, then this is the deck for you.

Summary: Herbs Bring New Dimension To Tarot
Review: This was the third deck I have used, and in my opinion is the best. The symbolism of herbs and plants for every card allows for deep, intuitive knowledge of the cards. Design- and symbolism-speaking, these cards are rather like the traditional Waite, although there is more gender and ethnicity balance than the Waite. The booklet included with the deck alone is really quite sparse, and has virtually nothing on the herbs featured on the cards. I reccomend the deck-and-book set, as the companion book is excellent and goes into good detail and symbolism. Included with the cards is a rather useless piece of paper with the Celtic Cross Spread lain out on it. I reccomend you simply throw this away; the cards are not the right size for the squares, and it is not even made for the Herbal Tarot, as the publisher apparently puts this in all the sets. Overall, this is an excellent tarot with a deep knowledge and understanding of the Earth and our minds.
