Review: I recievedt his book from a lady in my church when I was about 15 years old (I'm now 23). I have to say that this book was my source of help and guidance when there were no one else to talk to. It is direct,to the point and single out some of the major concerns and areas needed to be talked about in a teens life. I now use the book to help the youths I minister to during friday nigh youth meetings. I recomend it for any teen, or young adult.
