Summary: FROM THE AUTHOR
Review: Dear potential reader,

Did great intellect and creativity lead brilliant men and women of the past to agnosticism or atheism, or did it lead them to believe in and submit to a creator God?

The answer lies in the pages of this book. As shown in this work, the overwhelming concensus of one hundred of the greatest minds that ever lived is that God exists, and that He was the central force in the lives of many intellectual giants who helped shape our world.

As a result of many years of exhaustive research, the author has discovered letters, writings and quotes that reveal what the greatest artists, musicians, philosophers, scientists and writers thought about the God of Heaven. Through the pages of this book, you will engage the thoughts of history's most celebrated people: Shakespeare, Mozart, Michelangelo, Galileo, Newton, Leonardo, Rousseau, Kant and many more. Open the pages of this beautifully illustrated book and be enthralled by the profound and inspiring insights of most of the greatest luminaries of the past about the Greatest mind of all: God Almighty. Michael Caputo (Author)

Review: GOD SEEN THROUGH THE EYES OF THE GREATEST MINDS was recently awarded the Excellence in the Media Silver Angel Award. The book received the award during the Excellence in the Media's annual banquet at Hollywood's famous Roosvelt Theatre on February 17, 2000. Angel Awards honor creative people in motion pictures, television, radio, books, albums and all other forms of media containing high moral, spiritual, or social impact. GOD SEEN THROUGH THE EYES OF THE GREATEST MINDS has also been chosen as a finalist for the Gold Medallion Award, in the inspirational category, by the Evangelical Christian Publishers Association.

Summary: Disappointing
Review: I couldn't wait for this book to arrive and when it did I unpacked a beautifully presented book. However, once thumbing through it, I realized it was nothing more than pages of quotes and/or short representative works of Great Minds who did believe in God. The author did mention that there were other Great Minds who where agnostic or atheist, but there were neither sampling of names nor comparative beliefs. The illustrations are very nice, but I found my expectations of this book to be very different than what was presented.

Summary: Uplifting
Review: Positive and uplifting! Exceeded my expectations! Content: four and one half out of five. Presentation: five out of five (absolutely beautiful).

I enjoyed how the author sought out great minds in varying fields; such as, Science, Art, Philosophy, Literature and Music.

The atheist claim, that, no intelligent person could possibly believe in God, pales, as great men and women of history share their innermost expressions of faith with us.

Mikey likes it!

Summary: Pursuasive... worth the money spent!
Review: This book was effective in piquing my curiosity into an area that I tend to steer clear of (religion, that is).

The book is a must for those who believe that the greatest rational thinkers in history were devoid of religious faith. If you can be persuaded without the occurrence of an actual miracle, then I recommend you read the book. The author has impressively collected hundreds of citations from letters and diaries of some of the greatest thinkers of our time, and successfully put forth an argument that will cause even the most determined agnostics to wonder.

The book is well written and beautiful in its composition. There are many illustrations, which make it a wonderful idea for a Christmas gift.
