Review: This is a book that gave me the extra push I needed in understanding that unconditional love includes loving your own body. It helps the reader to understand that we are in partnership with our bodies. They are our haven and sustainer not a prison.

The guided meditations are beautiful and the information is priceless. Even though it is christocentric I think this book would be helpful for people from all spiritual walks.
