Review: Techiniques are offered to test out the ideas presented in the book. Some of the ideas are common sense, some are new to me. There are some maxim's that jump out of the page, and I found something applicable to me right as I read them. Jumping around the chapters suited me best. I found it interesting with alot of information for a lot of different situations.

Review: This book take the scare of the the scary. I recommend this book to most of my clients who are dealing with the unknown or the metaphysical. Yes, that sounds sorta silly, but the boogieman can scare even the strongest of minds. This book educates and defines areas on the metaphysical realms.
