Summary: Moderately Interesting History of the Maps of Nations
Review: I found this book interesting in that it shows how the map of Europe has changed over the years and of how power has become more centralised. Mention is made of various influential individuals of the 20th century, also of how magazines and periodicals sometimes announce correctly in advance how future maps will appear. The future trend is for Western Europe to become closer to America, Russia to be carved up and Eastern Europe to become closer to Asia, apparently.

This book is heavy on the mysticism/symbolism with numerous references to the sayings of Rudolf Steiner and his references to "post-Atlantean epochs", "folk spirits" and conflicts between "Ahriman" and "Lucifer". At no point is it explained how Steiner came by this information, therefore much of the arguments in this book are pretty much meaningless. Worth a look though.
