Rating: Summary: Hot, sexy, earthy and passionate Review: Hot and beautiful sex in a tantric fashion. Respect of and working for the good of the earth. Passionate tales of everyday life, sorrows and joys, while under the influence of marijuana related in an unpretentious but telling manner. Challenges societal and cultural conceptions about marijuana use as contrasted to abuse. A wonderful book.
Rating: Summary: A wonderful reading adventure Review: I thoroughly enjoyed reading and seeing (visualizing) Ganja's true life tales on the subject of living a high life. I was both enthralled and moved by his words and the images that they conjured up within me. And I plan to reread it again and again, because there are so many levels of meaning to be found in the pages of this book. Highly recommended.
Rating: Summary: A celebration of life and the sensual Review: I was intrigued by the title, but didn't know what to expect when I began reading the book. What I found was a celebration of the sensual aspects of life's possibililties as told by Ganja who traveled in the marijuana realm, and which challenges the reader to explore going up the mountain only to return and incorporate into everyday life the lessons and gifts received while under the influence of what is commonly called a drug, but which comes across as a plant guide/teacher. Lots of lovemaking, soul searching and communing with nature described in a way to engage and capture the imagination of the reader.
Rating: Summary: A book for the higher self Review: Let the truth be told. In contrast to the preachings, lies and propaganda that poses for discussion on the subject of marijuana, at last a book that goes to the heart of the matter of the debate on drug policy. Any substance, legal or illegal, can be used or abused, and that marijuana, if given the respect it deserves and incorporated into ones life in a disciplined manner, is truly a gift of the gods to the human race. Going well beyond the cultural decree of either ???say no or say nothing, I was enthralled as I read of journeys that allowed me to know what experiencing a transcendental reality can be like. As I was reading Ganja's journeys, I was reminded of what I thought and felt while reading Kahlil Gibran???s ???The Prophet"-- eternal truths at their essence are pure and simple and can change ones outlook on life. This is a gem of a book.
Rating: Summary: Tales of the union of body, mind and spirit Review: Reading this book has shown me that heaven on earth is not a place but a state of consciousness. How living the "high life" can result in a deeper and fuller understanding of the human possibility, living in harmony with the planet, constructing a meaningful and purposeful daily existence, fashioning healthy and joyous interpersonal relationships, and experiencing sexual fulfillment and spiritual enlightenment. Its content and format will appeal to both marijuana aficionados as well as to the general public. It is engaging, thoughtful and provocative writing, but each journal entry should be read slowly and reflected upon if its "teachings" are to fully appreciated. I enjoyed reading it very much, and learned more than I could have hoped for about what direction I want my life to take.
Rating: Summary: Experiencing The Divine Review: T.S. Elliot wrote, "At the still point of the turning world . . . there the dance is." This book takes us to such a place, for it describes direct experience of the divine infused into everyday life, where body, mind and spirit merge into a cosmic dance, as Ganja lives Joseph Campbell's essential teaching-follow your bliss. Yet, as we learn from this book, the "high" experience is not the same as living life to the highest anymore than the spiritual experience is the same as the spiritual life. Living in marijuana consciousness is the challenge, so that marijuana states become marijuana traits. Ganja informs us that such a transition is not easy, but the journey is worth the effort, for what awaits us is a rapturous and fulfilled life.

Rating: Summary: Mind & Spirit Review: This book is a testament to freedom of expression and enlightened discourse on mind expansion and spiritual development. Written in such a manner as to unite poetry and prose, I was compelled to envision life as an expression of the holy and sacred. I shared the book with family and friends and they loved it. Highly recommended.

Rating: Summary: Hot! Hot! Hot! Review: This is a "hot" book. Passion flowing like a river as Ganja shares with us his commitment and love for his wife, children, the earth and the journey of his spiritual self. I never thought of heaven as being a state of mind and being, and that marijuana, if used as described in this book, can guide one into the realm of the gods and goddesses.
