Summary: very nice book
Review: I really liked this book. This was my first read of Master Sheng Yen and I found him to be really straight forward and meaningful.
Supposedly there are more writings on the planet about Buddhism than any other topic.
From my experience with that mountain, this gem is worth having.

Review: This is an excellent book to pick up! It has several practitioners' experiences that give helpful guidance to zen buddhist practice. I strongly recommend reading it. I have read the book three times and each time, it gives me new insight and meaning to zen buddhism and it's practice.
