Summary: Dianetics, the life changing book
Review: I read this book when I was down and out, over 17 years ago. I was divorced and pennyless. I bought the book when I only had $6.00 in my pocket. What interested me was the ad that talked about regaining your self confidence.

Interestingly it turned out to be a lot more than I bargained for. My life started to turn around dramatically and I became a successful businessman and a home owner.

What made it possible? Just undestanding the potential of the human mind and how it works. The book describes it in a simple format but it goes much further. It not only introduces the reader to the state of "Clear", but lays out the step by step procedure on how to achieve it. It decribes the state of clear in full detail and in a nutshell it is a state one achieves after one exhausts the sum total of all one's bad experiences, from the part of the mind called the reactive mind. This is where all one's fears and inhibitions lie. Imagine being free from all that which darkens your days. The adventure is awesome. It's a must read.
