Review: I have used this book numerous times over the years. I can't tell you how many times I checked it out of the library in grad school for papers on Alchemy & related subjects. Finally I bought a copy because I used it so much. I think you will find it is an excellent resource for general information on the older practices. The illustrations are very nice to have.
