Summary: You must be ready to read this book
Review: Annie Kirkwood has written an important book. I personally believe that Annie Kirkwood's book is a message from Mary, but even if you do not believe, this book holds important truths. Mary's asks us to return to God. This is her main message, and she shows us how to pray and meditate. Mary also gives us details of Jesus's birth and childhood. I loved this part of the book because it made Mary and Jesus and Joseph more real to me. This is the "real" Christmas story as told by Mary. Mary also teaches us about our spirit and purpose here on earth. These messages are so important for us to learn. If you read the book for no other reason, read it to learn about our spirit world. The predictions of the future of Earth and mankind is a big focus of this book. Some of the dates for these predictions have passed, but this does not lessen the impact of the book at all for me. You will receive more from this book if you are open to the message. This book teaches that we are spirit and eternal, that we are all one. One religion is not better than another. The importance is to return to God and to love. I suggest reading "Conversations with God vol. 1" by Neale Donald Walsch also.

Summary: Be open-minded
Review: Dear potential readers:

A few thoughts.

If you don't like "channeled" material, I wouldn't recommend this book. Like most channelled literature, the average skeptic will beat themselves up over the method of delivery, and barely be able to stomach the message itself.

If you aren't open-minded, this book will most likely result in a headache. Perhaps that is good for some.

My father, who is a staunch Catholic, says that the Bible clearly indicates that "prayer changes prophecy", so please keep an open mind when the prophecies in dispute don't jive with our current timeline.

This book wasn't channeled like Seth, in that the continuity between chapters isn't as smooth. It doesn't read as "booklike". This is in part because certain chapters were included based on an editor's interest. Those readers of the "Michael Material" will understand what I mean.

A very good read. I have had a conversion of heart. I also love correlating this stuff with Emmanual, Micheal, Seth, and even the Bible and so far have found mostly unifying theory.

Good wishes on everyone's inevitable search for God within.

Summary: Seems everyone loves it or hates it....I'm in the middle....
Review: I'm writing this review on August 20th, 2001. According to this book New York is underwater, California has fallen into the sea and most of the east coast has been re-written. This is not the first text to predict dire earth changes but makes very GENERAL predictions for specific years. Now that these years have come and gone without prediction of the prophecy what are we to think? I found the writing in the first half of the book very repetitive and hardly displaying the depth of material found in the latter half. In the back of my "Mary's Message" book is a paragraph about Byron Kirkwood's book (Anne's husband) called "Survival Guide for the New Millennium : How to Survive the Coming Earth Changes"...fairly suspect to say the least...The material greatly improves beginning with chapter 7 as it coincidentally loses its "beat a dead horse" earth changes tone. These chapters are well written and indeed seem to be spoken from someone with a "higher than physical" perspective and pretty much agrees with the "Seth" material channeled by Jane Roberts and some parts with the "Abraham" material channeled by Esther Hicks. I would suggest either of those authors in lieu of Mrs. Kirkwood.
