Summary: Novels that you CAN NOT put down!!! I was hooked!
Review: Francine Rivers writes in such an amazingly clear and accurate way. You will be enthralled with the characters and the story that she lets unfold. The first book does take about 100 pages to really get into, but DON'T STOP!! Keep reading. It is well worth it. By the end of #1 you will be on the edge of your seat waiting to see what happens in #2. Let me tell you. It only gets better!!! What really captured my heart in these books is that they set out to tell a story, while giving the reader accurate information about the Jews, Rome and what it was like right after Jesus died. I really felt like I was transported back to that time period. The ultimate comment I can give is that these books have made me understand the Bible better. That is an AWESOME thing!!!!! Buy these books and find a nice comfy place to sit so you can read for hours!!!!! You won't be disappointed and you will be recommending them to all of your friends. Many of the ladies that I work with are now hooked!!! <><

Summary: I could not put it down.
Review: I learn so much from this series about the histroy of the Jews and Rome, the love of God to his people, and so much more. I really could not put it down and I told so many people about it. It impressed me so much, I could feel the power of God as I read it. The greatness of God and His goodness. I am not one to get into books or even movies to the point that I show an emotion, but this moved me to cry and laugh, fear and rejoice with the chatacters of the book. It brings you into another world and makes you want to stay and never leave. I was changed after reading it, truly blessed by it. I have never read something so powerful like this series.

Review: The mark of the Lion series changed my life! Including mu sleep patterns I just couldn't put it down! The suspense, the tragedy and the endings keep you breath away Wow! after almost two weeks of finnishing the series my heart is still pondering about it. I have to share this books with friends and family!! I couldn't keep the experience just to myself!!

Review: This is an incredible series of books. I picked the third one up by chance and could not quit reading it. Soon I found the first two and read them immediately. Have passed them on to several friends who also found them not just attention getting, but life changing.They really give you an insight into what life was like, or could have been like for Christians soon arfter the death of Jesus. These are the first fiction books I have ever read set in the time period of the first year A.D. I have not been able to find any books even similar to these. If you love Jesus and you love fiction, these are a must read!!!

Review: Though it may look long, the pages fly by, as you live with the characters in Jerusalem, Germania, Rome and lastly Ephesus. It's got everything, murder, betrayl, war, love. The characters are realistic, they all have weaknesses and make mistakes. It is thrilling to wonder, what we would do in the same position. A book, everyone will enjoy, if not only for the experience of reading something different for a change.

Review: This is the best series that I have ever read. Once I started one book, I couldn't put it down and I found myself staying up all night because the book, through mind and soul, became a part of me. Hadassah was such an inspiring character that her words and actions stayed with me long after I finished reading the books. The strengths and weakness of all of the characters can relate to each person's life. This is a series of enduring hardships, lasting and unconditional love, as well as breaking free of bondages that hold us captive. This series deserves nothing less than the best rating.
