Rating: Summary: I hate this book Review: .... The Lost Lady was the first book of Jude Devaeaux I've reed and I thought it would be the last. Fortunately I was wrong. I write "fortunately" because Jude Deveraux is now one of my favourite romance's authors. I didn't like in this book everything- I found it boring and feministic. Thr romances schouldn't be feministic- when I read book, I want to forget about reality, I want to read about times in which "political correctness" doesn't exsists- in this times man wasn't affraid to kiss the woman.(Sorry about my gramatic mistakes, but I'm not from USA and my english isn't very good)
Rating: Summary: A Thrilling adventure Review: Ah. Jude does it again! It seems like lately, all I want to do is to sink into a romantic book and let the characters' love life and problems sweep me away ~~ I can count on a good ending which is what I need at this time. This book didn't disappoint me! I thoroughly enjoyed this book ~~ in spite of a busy life as mother of toddler twins and a wife ~~ I managed to "escape" for a few hours in reading this novel.
Regan manages to escape her overbearing uncle and guardian and lost her finace ~~ only to land into Travis Stanford's arms. Never wooed or courted by the demanding Travis, Regan falls hard in love with this rugged American. Then she left him ~~ and that is when the novel really got to be fun for me! The heartaches they both suffered because of their stubbornness, but Travis really came through in the romance department.
This is a perfect novel for these chilly winter nights ahead ~~ it is bound to carry the reader away into a land of romance and happy endings.

Rating: Summary: It was the best I have ever read. Review: All I can say is that it was perfect. Deveraux has achieved something that not many other writers have accomplished in my books, and that is perfection.
Rating: Summary: Like Counterfeit Lady, this one has everything too. Review: I also enjoyed reading this book. It was a little unbelivable though, but still, this was a great book. I really enjoyed the reading the romance in this book, it made me all warm and happy inside.
Rating: Summary: Best Proposal of any Romantic Novel Ever Review: I am a big fan of Jude Deveraux's books, and I must say that the proposal at the end of this book is the best ever. Wonderfully romantic!
Rating: Summary: Another excellant plot and story Review: I was a little wary at the beginning of the book but of course I was unable to put it down. I love all of Jude Deverauxs men and hero's in her books.
Rating: Summary: Still the Deveraux style Review: I've been into mystery romance's for quite some time now, but all of a sudden, I wanted a pure romance to read. I picked the perfect one to read at this time. This is a great book, one worth reading.

Rating: Summary: Entertaining Review: Like all of the men in the James River Trilogy books, this one can be a bit of a jerk, but by the end, you see that he isn't as arrogant as he first appeared. I always enjoy reading about women who change and grow, and this book is quite an example of how one woman grew to become very independent. It wasn't until she found herself that she could love someone else.
Rating: Summary: great book... Review: Lost Lady was the first book i read of Jude and i really enjoy how the story goes. I really thought Regan was wonderful how she runs away and teach Travis a lesson. Well, after i read this i went out and brought Conterfeit lady, and then River Lady. I think there all good, but my favorvite one is River Lady. I hope you will enjoy it as much as i did!
