Rating: Summary: Good but nah.... Review: I only got this book because of the title. I was going to use the same one for a book that I was writing. So I vowed that as soon as I was done reading it, I would burn it. Well, I still have it...got to build up my romance collection anyway since my dad threw all of my mom's away! I was so mad! But anyway about the book... I am a true believer of real love romance, not smut and porno content. Did they really do those kinds of things back then? It's like you're witnessing what was going on in the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah before they were destroyed. I have seen and read better ones, but if you are into that kind of 'love' or whatever you want to call it, by all means get this book...
Rating: Summary: best in the "Only" series Review: I really liked this "Only" book. The first book in this series was good, the second one had an abusive man, but this book has both a strong male character and strong woman character. Plus, I could almost literally see the sparks between the 2 characters while I read.
Rating: Summary: Great historical romance Review: If you like historical romances, this is a must-have book. I read this a long time ago and just reacquainted myself with it. Reno Moran met Eve in a saloon cheating at cards. They go on an adventure to find a mine filled with gold. Reno's opinion of Eve at first is not good. Through their adventure they start to get to really know each other. You can probably guess what happens next.

Rating: Summary: A Must Read Review: Only You is the third book in Lowell's "only series" the first two being Only His and Only Mine. Only Mine was a little bit of a disappointment, but this one was just superb. Evelyn Starr Johnson, better known as Eve, bets herself in a card game. Matthew "Reno" Moran wins her, and when she flees, he tracks her down. Eve tells Reno of a gold mine that she has a map to, and they decide to go there and find some gold. From the very beginning, Reno doesn't trust Eve because not only had she bet herself, but had run after she had lost the card game. As they journey to the mines, Reno fights his growing attraction to Eve, while she fights her growing love for him. Finally they end up teaching each other about desire and love, and there is a happy ending, or course. From the very beginning I liked Eve who is spunky and so full of love to give. She was the perfect heroine for Reno, who had had bed encounters with women in the past. Although Reno was pigheaded through the entire novel, it was a little understandable because of his experience with women. The ending was very pleasing because Reno finally learned to love and to trust, and the whole scene was just very sweet. This romance was very satisfying and I recommend it highly. I would also like to correct an error that one of the other reviewers mane. Jayne Ann Krentz, Jayne Castle, and Amanda Quick are all the same person, but they are not Elizabeth Lowell. They have completely different writing styles, so I don't even know how that got confused. Elizabeth Lowell does write as Ann Maxwell or A.E. Maxwell, however. So anyway, Happy Reading!
