Summary: 2 Classic Nora's in one book!
Review: "A Will and a Way" Two "enemies" are co-beneficiaries of a large estate. Their friends and family will do almost anything to scare them off so that they break the terms of the will. They must live togeather in a large remote house for for 6 months. What is at stake 150 million, and other considerations. Nora brings both characters to life with her usual style and wonderful touch.

"Boundary Lines," The second story in the book about to ranching families that have been feuding for generations. The problem is the next two "rulers" of ranches, can decide if they want to hit each other or kiss. A classic Nora republished from their original "Silhouette" version.

Both of these storys (in one book) are a wonderful read! I highly recommend them if you are a fan of Nora Roberts writing! Definately worth the read.

Summary: Vintage Roberts!
Review: Engaging The Enemy by Nora Roberts was my favorite of the two here, I dubbed it VINTAGE ROBERTS! I am a Nora Roberts fan and think all of her books are great, but I really got in to Engaging The Enemy. The characters are colorful, the dialogue interesting, and the plot, a real page turner. A very appealing combination!

Summary: ripped off again!
Review: I bought this book and got home and found out it was nothing but two old sad Silhouette books given a face lift and a new title. Hey money is something most people don't have to toss away and that is what I just did.

Yeah, they are nice reads. I really like Nora Roberts. Hey, why I bought the book. But I really feel this "new cover and name and hey, they can feed it to the suckers again" is just not nice!

Sigh. It makes me feel bad to get home and find I have been ripped off. Sort of insulting to our intelligence. < Publisher rubs hands and giggle wickledly, "well, we did it again. Fool them!">

They are OKAY reads. Not new. They are very old Silhouettes - that did not rate too high in stars back then - so they feel a bit dated. Big thrill.

I just wish they would show respect for HER FANS!!

Summary: Great Romance
Review: I enjoy the suspense Nora Roberts weaves into her stories. This latest Engaging the Enemy is her best yet! I especially liked the way the hero and heroine have tension between their characters...which leads to an unexpected romance. Her writing reminds me of Cherrie Kimbrough's Keepsakes.

Summary: Another great book by Roberts!
Review: I find I can't get enough of Nora Roberts! I just finished the Three Sisters Island Trilogy and I loved every page. For anyone new to her books I can recommend her to anyone who likes Judith McNaught or Jude Deveraux. If you already know and love Nora's books allow me to suggest Patricia Little's first novel 'The Angel's Cup'.

Summary: Pleasantly Surprised
Review: I have to say I am a diehard J. D. Robb fan and do not always like the strictly romance books of Nora Roberts. However, I picked up Engaging the Enemy after reading all the previous positive reviews here and must admit I heartily agree. Although both are Roberts' earlier works, the characters and storylines were enjoyable and flowed smoothly. Would highly recommend.

Summary: Nora is the best - ALWAYS!
Review: I just wanted to chime in here, of course I loved the book, can't find any Nora book I don't love. But, unlike a few of the other reviews I enjoyed the first story much more than the second. I was different and funny. THANKS AGAIN NORA! YOU ARE THE BEST!

Summary: A Good Book
Review: My Dad says this is a good book. He said he engaged the enemy 10 years ago then he married her.

Summary: A Profound Resonance
Review: Nora Roberts writes with ease and confidence. Her prose is always lucid and her plots are credible. Characterization is one of Nora's strengths, with people being revealed rather than described, thereby allowing the reader to engage the text with greater intimacy. This aspect of her writing was recently discussed during an interview with David Letterman on his television show and at the conclusion of the interview, Letterman's side-kick, Paul Shaffer, screamed out at the top of his voice, 'Hey Nora! I engaged the enemy 20 years ago. Then I married her.' To her credit, Ms Roberts ignored the buffoon's comments and maintained a dignified, Harpo Marx-like silence, concluding the interview with a honk of her bicycle horn. It was a telling moment.
