Rating: Summary: It was a wonderful book Review: I had a wonderful 30 minutes reading this book. It was a wonderful book that was easy reading and had me not wanting to put it down. I have yet to read a book by elizabeth lowell that I haven't liked. Try the amber beach series it is good as well.
Rating: Summary: A poignant, sensual love story Review: I loved it. I read this story for the first time several years ago and recently picked it up and re-read. The strong, sensitive guy with his own insecurities borne out of bad experiences; and the innocent, but sweet and deceptively strong woman with her own counter insecurities. A bit of a tear-jerker and heartstring tugger. Warm and flowing. An endearing mix of pride and passion, it had a little bit of everything that good drama needs. The kind of novel you want to curl up in bed with on a rainy day. Deep emotion sprinkled with some light-hearted scenes. What more can I say? I enjoyed it so much that I have been searching for the other novels in the series ever since. This book made me into a die-hard Elizabeth Lowell fan, and that's no mean feat.
Rating: Summary: Excitingly Amazing Review: Once I finished this book I was amazed that it pleased me so much. For one thing I really don't like the way Cash treats Mariah, but because of all that he has been through you can't help unserstand his wariness. It should me that even through all of lifes troubles you can still look past them and trust again. The book is also amusing at times. And I also like it that they're out in the wilderness away from all the ohter people and the world.
Rating: Summary: A MUST READ FOR ALL ROMANCE READERS Review: This book found a way into my heart from the first page. Cash is really a big, strong man holding alot of hurt away that need a gentle but equally as strong woman to make him trust again. Enter Mariah Mackenzie, a woman that has been hurt, yet not afaid to trust again . The plot lets the desire simmer up just right , then the emotion takes it up and over. Just when you think it's safe territory the plot takes you on a wild roller-caster ride right to the end of the book.
Rating: Summary: Great Book ! Review: This is only the second book I have read by Elizabeth Lowell and I must say both were fantastic! I just could not put this book down for a second, although, I could have done without such vivid decriptions of their sexual intimacy. But overall this book is great, definately worth your money!
Rating: Summary: Wonderful! Review: This story promises to be a classic. Everything that makes a good story: adventure, conflict, mystery, and love is in this book. Cash believes he has no reason to trust or care about any female--with the exception of his sister. Then, he meets Mariah, the sister of his best friend and all his theories go out the window. Of course, he does his best to fight off his feelings, but it's of no use. He's caught. However, he goes down fighting, kicking, and screaming. Mariah loses heart when he doubts that the baby she carries is his and decides to make him believe her. The attempt almost kills her but also allows Cash to realize his true feelings. It's a two-hanky book. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful.
