I enjoyed each of the books equally in this fun series and know you will too. I was sad when it ended. I know you will be too. Wonderful entertainment for the die-hard romantic/suspense lover...like me.

Review: Five-star finish for the Lambert series by Victoria Murray. I have become a fan! I can hardly wait to see where this writer takes her fun characters in the sequel "Return to Lambert" I can't begin to imagine but I enjoy trying to figure it out even before the books hit the bookshelves! I really like this writer!

Review: Oh, no, no, no, The Lambert Series, by Victoria Taylor Murray, is not just another soap opera. It is better than that! I was impressed by this new writer's fun adult fantasy. I was a little blue when it ended. The good news is, however, I heard through the grapevine that a 'sequel' series is in the mix as we speak. I'm absolutely thrilled about that!

Summary: An on going cliffhanger that was worth the 4-bk wait!
Review: After reading this series faithfully through each of the books in it I would like to say the Lambert series by V.T. Murray is an on going cliffhanger that was worth the 4-bk wait! I actually got excited as I waited for each book to arrive in the mail each month for the past four months. Thief of Hearts got my attention. Forbidden peaked my curiousity. Friendly Enemies pulled me in like an anchor. And Le Fin left me begging for more! Some of the lively characters I honestly loved and other characters I got a kick out of hating. The dialogue was entertaining and fresh and the on going plot gave me four months of nonstop (looking forward to) excitment. Like most of the reviewers before me I was sad when the Lambert series ended and I wish this writer would bring her fun characters back again with a new 'Return to Lambert series'! That would be very cool! In any case, I will be on the lookout for more books by this writer each time I'm in the mood for a fun read!

Summary: Midwest Book Review - sexy suspense series ends?
Review: Reviewing the final book in the Lambert Series will be difficult. Those who have read the previous three books are no doubt like me, eager to learn the outcome of characters and storyline. I'll try not to give away too many secrets or surprises.
This time, Nouri Sommers is at loose ends. Her husband Ethan has been killed, leaving her a very wealthy widow. She and the sexy Homicide Detective Gabe Baldwin have had a serious falling out. Gabe comes completely unstrung over their differences and his acting out behavior takes a direction I did not anticipate. Her long time devoted friend and lover, Private Investigator Charles Mason, is slated to marry the mother of his son at last. And just when I had hopes that everything would be OK, Nouri is seriously injured in a car wreck.
One thing is certain. The author kept me hanging until the very end. All the loose ends were tied up and every question answered. Those readers who have been entertained by the series and anticipated with relish each new installment no doubt had the same questions I did. I'll list a few of the questions, but won't provide the answer. It's the least I can do.
Will Nouri ever be happy with a man who loves her? (That is, provided she survives the car wreck.)
Will Charles actually finally marry his fiancee and leave his love for Nouri behind?
Will Gabe straighten his act out and marry Nouri if she lives?
And what about high powered attorney Clint Chamberlain? Is he really dead? Will Nouri ever get him out of her system?
That's enough to contemplate for now. Victoria Taylor-Murray did a good job with this sexy suspense series. I wonder what she will come up with to tantalize her readers next?
Not recommended to those under 18 due to strong sexual content.

Review: I have been faithfully following Nouri Sommers from book to book in this fun series. I have not been disappointed. My favorite book however is this one (Le Fin) the ending book to the Lambert series by fun writer Victoria Murray. This book rocks big time! I was sad when the ongoing plot finally came to an end. Of course I plan on rereading all four in the set but I will be happy when Ms. Murray comes out with another story or possibly a sequel. I would like that a lot. I've become a real LAMBERT fan!

Summary: Simply a Super Finish
Review: I started LE FIN two seconds after finishing FRIENDLY EMEMIES. I didn't even get out of the chair, didn't refresh my coffee, didn't get up to go to the bathroom, didn't make myself something to eat. I just kept reading, this series is that good. Really, it'll take your breath away and transpose you to a different world. You will have a fun time with these four books. I just know it.
