Rating: Summary: Wonderful! Couldn't put it down! Review: I knew I was going to like this book when the anti-heroine, Lydia, referred to her adulterous affair as "dating Amy's husband." Lydia's first person narration after she's reincarnated as a Welsh Corgi is pithy and funny as hell. The romance is nice, too, but bring back Lydia, I want more. And can she meet a nice Doberman this time?

Rating: Summary: great book, very funny, good for the corgi lover! Review: i loved this book! the only reason i bought it was because so many corgi sites recommended it as a good book to read about corgis! and im glade i bought it. its great!miss piggy is the exact opposite of the normal corgi. only thing that got me mad was when lydia/piggy said that corgis were ugly dogs that looked like foxes with the tail cut off :( i disagree very much.
Rating: Summary: Three cheers for Miss Piggy! Review: I purchased this book hoping that it would be half as funny as the synopsis claimed it would be. What a wonderful surprise to find out this book is an absolute, laugh-out-loud read. Miss Piggy is cranky, snippy, whiney and perfectly charming. Well, how would you like it being a beautiful woman trapped in the body of a sausage-like little corgi? Please don't let Miss Piggy stop here; she demands at least one sequel. Jeff and Amy were great characters, but Miss Piggy steals the book. Her nicknames for Jeff (Dr. Dreary, Dr. Dull, etc.) are a total delight. Thanks, Ms. Carmichael, for a wonderful read. I understand this is a departure for you; please don't let it be the last book like this one.
Rating: Summary: What a disappointment Review: I read this book in the car coming home from a dog show. Author had a fun idea, believeble characters and a smart mystery. Emily Carmichael writes a fun story and knows a thing or two about dogs.

Rating: Summary: Wonderful! Couldn't put it down! Review: I throughly enjoyed reading this book! I have a "rescue corgi" and every description of Miss Piggy brought back memories of Betsy when she first came to live with me. I laughed through the whole book! What a delightful story!
Rating: Summary: Total escapism--a real hoot! Review: I, like the reader below, from Michigan, usually don't hit the Romance Section when looking for reading material. However, I am glad that I "mistakenly" bought this book, not knowing it's category. Of course it's not "deep", I don't think it is meant to be anything other than what it is--a really fun, entertaining read. Actually it IS a bit thought provoking, makes one wonder what really goes on in the afterlife! I couldn't wait to find out the "secret", and also, (blushing a bit here) really enjoyed the love scenes! If you want to just get away from it all, have fun and laugh out loud, this is the book for you! Some of the best lines are from "Miss Piggy" the dog, so suspend your disbelief and just go with it!
