Summary: One Romantic Story
Review: The way that Parris and Martin meet is so electrifying because upon meeting one another he saves her life when her ex-husband tries to kill her. He then takes her into his home and takes care of her while she is recovering(he even brings a surgeon to his house to repair her jaw). They end up falling in love and she is forced to leave him just when she finds out that she is pregnant with his child. After years of living without her, he finally decides to look for her and finds out that they have a beautiful little girl together. Rochelle Alers portrays Martin as such a concerned father, he panics when he finds out Regina (their daughter) is sick. After trials and tribulations through their marriage, he finds out that she is pregnant again and hasn't told him about this baby. This is just the first novel in the Hideaway series.

Review: There is not a simplistic way to characterize what this author does on paper. The novel gives a very good sense of the characters and their surroundings. She does her geographic homework as well.

Review: THIS BOOK WILL HAVE YOU WANTING TO LIVE OUT A FANTASY. WHAT IS REALLY GOOD IS THAT IT IS NOT JUST ABOUT LOVE BUT LIFE AND FAMILY. IT TOUCHED ME IN EVERY WAY. I LIKE THE POWER IT GAVE THE CHARACTERS,IT WAS LIKE SHE GOT INFORMATION FROM REAL LIFE PEOPLE. YOU NEED TO KNOW THAT ALL OF HER BOOKS WILL HAVE YOU TURNING PAGE AFTER PAGE NON-STOP. Summary: A wonderful story of love conquering all
Review: This was a wonderful book. I read this book after reading Vows( Joshua Kirkland's story) and Harvest Moon(Regina Cole Spencer's story) and even though I new the basic story it was wonderful to see how the story unfolded. Martin was so in love with Parris that he would do anything for her. Parris was a strong women even with everything that had happened to her. Martin's father Sammy was just evil for putting them through that mess because of his mistakes in life. Martin and Parris were a wonderful couple to read about,even with everything that happened the love that had for each other never waviered. Good Job Ms. Alers!
