Rating: Summary: Reviews for Cullen's Bride. Review: "Fiona Brand is a keeper. She does a great hero. I'm recommending the book (Cullen's Bride) to all my pals." New York Times bestselling author LINDA HOWARD. "Cullen's Bride is a winner on all levels--it taps into our sense of truth, our need for justice, and the entire story keeps building towards the kind of love that puts real meaning into our lives--a deeply satisfying read." International bestselling author Emma Darcy "March Madness introduces a wonderful new author, Fiona Brand, who puts the sizzle back in romance with the fiery tale of CULLEN'S BRIDE (4). Set in New Zealand, a young divorcee returns to the rural community of her birth to set up a hair salon and falls in love with the local bad boy, a SAS commando trying to fix up and sell his deceased father's station. Not only will fans enjoy the different setting, but everyone will fall in love with the gruff, stubborn hero who finally learns to listen to his heart." Romantic Times **** (Excellent)
Rating: Summary: What can a person say but ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! Review: Fiona Brand is a true craftsperson with the way she captures the emotions of her characters so strongly you can almost breathe them, and creates a deep empathy for Cullen and Rachel as they are drawn together. I really enjoyed Cullen's Bride, and found myself loving the secondary characters almost as much as Cullen and Rachel. This one is definitely a keeper. As an avid Linda Howard reader I think others like me will also really enjoy Fiona's style and I am looking forward to her next book.
Rating: Summary: Perfect heroine, Perfect hero Review: I absolutely adored this book, mainly because of the strength of character that both her hero and heroine possessed. They were both incredibly strong individuals that were also strong enough to know that they needed each other. It was a true delight to read and, of course, I just had to read it in one sitting. It completely messed up my house cleaning plans for the evening--but was definitely worth it. So take a couple of hours off and pick this one up. I just can't wait till her next books come out.
Rating: Summary: WOW! This writer is hot! Review: I loved this book. I started reading it before work and got so involved I had to keep sneaking a read at work. I loved Rachel, she is so feisty and stubborn. I love how she stands up to her brothers and Cullen. Cullen is a man to die for, so passionate. This book sizzles!!! I hope Fiona Brand writes a book about Cole Sinclair, Rachel's brother. Great potential
Rating: Summary: Passionate love story with a hero you can only dream about! Review: I'm always unsure of new authors but decided to give this author a try and I am glad I did. I started reading the book at 10:00 p.m. and didn't go to sleep until 1:00 a.m. I was tired the next day but it was definitely worth it. The hero, Cullen, is one of my favorites. He has a deep passion for Rachel and fights it because he doesn't feel he is good enough for her. Why? His violent family history is the main reason. But he proves to be a hero that any woman would fight for. Read the story and discover that Cullen is a MAN!
Rating: Summary: Just sensational Review: It's not often that I find a New Zealand author that I love, but Fiona Brand is HOT. I absolutely loved Cullens Bride. I just couldn't put this book down. The passion between Cullen and Rachel is awesome to read about. Cullen's desire for Rachel is tempered by his need to keep her safe, even to the extent of letting her go. They are two very strong minded individuals who, fortunately, know when to compromise. This book is definitely a keeper. I hope that Fiona is also considering a story for Cole, as she is obviously writing about Gray, Blade and the other SAS members.
Rating: Summary: Book Description Review: Pregnant with his child... When Rachel Sinclair met former agen Cullen Logan, she was all too aware of his dark past. Soon, though, she was falling in love with him, reputation or no reputation. But Cullen wasn't so easy to convince, even once she announced she was pregnant--with his child....Daddy with a Past Cullen knew that being with him was probably the most dangerous choice Rachel could make. He also knew that the only honorable thing to do was marry her. But being around Rachel made Cullen all too aware that the only thing more dangerous than his past was the danger she posed to his heart.
Rating: Summary: Amazing! One of the best romances I've ever read! Review: Someone sign this writer up to a single-title contract quick! She's in a league of her own. Category romances are OK and the Silhouette line has some really high quality authors: think L.Howard's amazing Mackenzie series. Reading Fiona Brand's books is like reading Linda Howard's best work...spectacular. (I won't get into how Ms.Howard needs to lose all the suspense that clutters up her recent work.) Cullen's Bride is one of my favorite romances. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. It's fabulous!! When you wonder how blissfully happy you'd be married to the hero then you know you've come across an extremely talented writer, one who breathes life into her characters with enviable skill. Brava, Ms.Brand!
Rating: Summary: I have read this book over and over!!! Review: This is one of my all time favorite books!!!.I could not wait to write to Ms. Brand and tell her how much i loved this book. She wrote back to me and sent me the New Zealand version of Cullen's Bride!, and autographed it for me!.I now own every book she has ever written!. Keep writing Ms. Brand and I will keep buying!
Rating: Summary: Could you tell what the book is about? Review: Writing that you love a book and that this is a great new author really doesn't tell me a blasted thing about the book. Fine, write you love the book but at least tell me what it's about.
