Review: All of her life, Scarlet "Carly" Thompson has believed that her mother Charlotte was a little eccentric and unusually and unnecessarily paranoid about their family-owned cosmetics business. When Charlotte hires private investigator Jackson Trent to become Carly's bodyguard, Carly is undeniably upset and refuses to fall privy, again, to her mother's shenanigans. With Jackson's help, it is soon revealed that Charlotte is not one fry short of a Happy Meal, but instead has a valid reason for her fears.

During the course of the investigation, much to Carly's dismay, she finds herself very attracted to Jackson, but because of her low self-esteem, she doesn't act upon it. Even when Jackson reveals his attraction for her, Carly is still a little leery. Will Carly get past her insecurities before it is too late?

LADY IN RED was a very good read. Every time I thought I had solved the mystery, I found myself completely wrong. I commend Savoy for penning a novel that not only had strong characters, but also one that is a perfect combination of a beautiful romance and riveting suspense. Fans of Savoy will not be disappointed.

But the secrets come to life because the P.I. discovers some things that may destroy the company and bring to life the secrets Carly's mother has been trying to keep hide.A very good book, I'm sure you will enjoy it.

Review: Jackson Trent knew his father was innocent even though the trail was twenty years old and his father was dead he was determine to figure out what happen. The more questions he ask the more trouble he causes when someone from his past enters his life again he does everything possible to help her.

Scarlet "Carly " Thompson promised her dying father that she would take care of her mother and that's exactly what she did she always made it a point to look after her mother no matter what. She even gave up her own dreams to help her mother run Scarlet Woman Cosmetics.

With sparks flying and romance in the air Scarlet does everything she cans to keep Jackson at a distance but when he starts to show his true feelings for her she has no choice but to return the gestures. As the things her mother has been told about start to become true Jackson does everything in his power to protect Carly.

Summary: A novel that must be read.
Review: The story covering Jackson and Carly could easily blend into a
true to life situation. The plot to this story was truly well
written and from the begining to the end of the book, you won't
want to put the book down. Ms Savoy is no doubt in the same
category as Brenda Jackson when it comes to writing romance
novels. I have not disclosed the story, beause I want everyone
to read this book. Trust me! You won't be disappointed.
