Summary: Hoodwinked
Review: Back cover reads:
WHO WAS JAKE EDWARDS?
Secretary Maureen Harris had to find out if this dynamic new plane mechanic was involved in sabotaging her company's jet designs. She'd need to get close to him...very close. But Maureen had always been too shy to get near any man, and Jake made her heart soar--much too high and fast.
Before he met her, Jake had no time for women. They all seemed willing to use him. But this one was different...innocent, gentle, warm. His arms ached to hold her. And soon, if he could just keep his secret a little longer, he'd be ready to show her exactly what kind of man Jake Edwards was...

Summary: One of her best
Review: This books adheres to the Diana Palmer no loose formula. Good character development and strong emotional content make this one of her better stories. Be aware that this is the same book published in April of 1989 in the Desire line by Silhouette. Diana Palmer fans will recognize it. New fans may not be able to find it so this is a good opportunity for them.
