Summary: Not that good 3- stars
Review: I agree with the other reviewers. Doesn't anyone check for consistency in these books?

Elizabeth is one of the three Princesses of Wyndborough who are the focus of this series, along with their missing brother.

Elizabeth is 27 and 5 months ago while at a charity ball she meets the eyes of a dashing man across the room and instantly is drawn to him. She is so taken with him she looses her virginity to him, before he disappears the next morning. Soon she figures out that she is pregnant and on the advice of her sister she takes the business card that was left behind and goes to America to search out her construction worker, while harboring fantasies of "happily ever after".

Rafe Throntonburg is a Prince living the life he wants to live in America. He has distanced himself from his overbearing father and basically cut all ties with his royal family. He can't get Elizabeth out of his mind. When she shows up and he confronts her and determines not only is she a Princess but is Pregnant he reacts badly by ranting and raving, assuming his father has set the whole scenario up.

While Elizabeth is still drawn to him and is continuing to fall in love with him, he continues to push her away more than he bonds to her. Though she sneaks out on him 3 different times he appears to be slow to learn and continues to falsely accuse her of being in cahoots with his father.

Will they get together in the end, will Rafe reconcile with his family, will Elizabeth forgive him? Read the story to find out.

Though if I were you I would look for a discounted copy.

Summary: Best Book Of It's Time
Review: I loved this book. I thought it was funny and very well written. I could not but it down. If you like humor and romance I think you should read this book and read the other books in this serise. But I think you will realy like this book.

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Not the best one in the series
Review: The first 4 books of the Royally Wed series were good so far. One to go and I'm anxious to find out if the conclusion will live up to my expectations. "The Pregnant Princess" is my fave next to "A Royal Baby On The Way." If you like modern fairytale, then this book is definitely a keeper!

Summary: Great Romance!
Review: The Princess series concept caught my interest, but did not keep it. This is the best book in the series, but that isn't saying much. Even though I was disappointed by the other books preceding this book, I thought that maybe this book would be different. I was wrong. Don't get fooled by this storyline.

Summary: Great Romance!
Review: This book had just the right touch! I've read most of the Royally Wed series, and this was my 2nd favorite! Keep it up Anne Marie Winston!

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: Not my kind of hero.
Review: This is the first I've read by Ms. Winston & it'll be the last! Prince Rafael of Thortonburg is certainly NO prince of a guy. He always jumps to conclusions & really rips into Princess Elizabeth with his hurtful accusations & recriminations. Although he apologizes soon after, the damage is done. I really think there should be more on-your-knees-grovelling before he's forgiven. Overall, this is the worst book I've read in the Royally Wed series so far.

Don't miss the 1st 3 books in the series: Alexandra in "Royal Baby on the Way" (ok start), Katherine in "Undercover Princess" (the best), Serena in "The Princess's White Knight" (not bad). The last book is "Man Mercenary Monarch" (its bad reviews warn me to steer clear of it).

Summary: Hero and heroine not engaging
Review: Unlike Undercover Princess (Suzanne Brockmann's Royally Wed installment) this book didn't have engaging characters. Princess Elizabeth of Wyndborough met a man at a masked ball and although she is a virgin, she has sex with him that night and ends up pregnant.

He is actually Prince Raphael of Thortonburg who has spent his life avoiding those annoying Wyndborough princesses because both royal parents would just love to see their children marry and unite the families. When he discovers his lover is Elizabeth he lashes out that she was setting him up, when he discovers she is pregnant, he cruelly taunts her saying that it's probably not his.

Elizabeth never comes alive and Raphael is such a jerk, and unfortunately their relationship never recovers. They get their happily ever after, but I didn't really care.
