Summary: A gritty heroine!
Review: Was delighted to find this novel set near my own home town! What a challenge to tame the land she inherited and take on the special needs of the neighboring love interest. An interesting issue developed here: a wounded man's emotional needs set in the rugged times of the west in the 1800s. Was great to see the mother and grandmother continued in this story. Enjoyed the women in this family very much!
