Summary: A GREAT READ
Review: This is the first Wendy Rosnau book that I have read, and I found it to be very entertaining. I found it refreshing to have a male character that was tough, but vulnerable, and a female character that could take care of herself, she didn't need to be protected by someone. The way the story unfolds gives insight into the reasons why Lucky is on the verge of becoming a drunk and also paralyized, due to the injury recieved while helping his brother and his friend. By meeting Elena he is given a reason to live for and she becomes his miracle by helping to ease the pain from his injury. This book has a happy ending for all characters involved, and shows that love can bring together the most unlikely people. A very enjoyable book.
