Summary: Another Winner!!
Review: "Notorious" is poignant, powerful. Her hero, Lord Jason Batson, a handsome rogue without scruples steals a readerÕs heart as quickly as that of the heroine Lady Destiny Fontaine Chesterfield. I found myself reading feverishly to find out what was going to happen to the pair. Ms Sutcliffe did not disappoint this reader. She kept me on the edge of my seat to the very last.

Review: A breathtaking novel of passion, deception and courage, NOTORIOUS will sweep the reader into the turbulent lives of two very remarkable characters. Set against the violent British - India conflict in the late 1800's, Lord Jason Batson, one of the crown's most infamous assassins, finds himself torn between duty and love. Lady Destiny Fontaine Chesterfield, a heroine with incredible courage is the perfect woman to capture and hold Jason's heart. This is a story so rich in detail the sights and sounds are brought vividly to life, and with a cast of secondary characters so intricate in both description and personality they add greatly to the overall enjoyment of the book. NOTORIOUS is perhaps Ms. Sutcliffe's most wrenchingly emotional novel to date, and I highly recommend it for an immensely enjoyable read.

Summary: I loved this story EXCEPT
Review: I certainly agree with all of the glowing reviews about this book and especially lord jason and lady destiny. Incredibly drawn complex characters that you love to love. The exception is that the colorful part of the book dealing with the revolution in India is very graphic and thus disturbing. It is essential to the plot but perhaps could have been less grissly. I "skimmed" because the rest of the story was so good. And I do hope there is a sequel with brother trevor.

Review: I finished NOTORIOUS last night, and I'm still breathless now. Jason Batson and Destiny Fontaine are two amazing characters: complex, unpredictable and more. This is my second book by KS and won't be my last. NOTORIOUS is definitely one of the BEST books I've read this year.

Review: I have never written a review on a book before but something compels me to do so! If you want to read a book with dangerous, strong and mysterous, actual human characters, read this book! Jason Batson and Destiny Fontaine are very believable characters! Read about the ruthless, heartless and deadly, Cobra! Only he's not so heartless you'll see but........I can't tell you more. You'll just have to read it!

Review: I haven't read historicals in a long time but picked this one up on a friend's recommendation. I'm glad I did as I found a new must-read author! NOTORIOUS keeps your attention with believable characters and page-turning action. I enjoyed Ms. Sutcliffe's writing very much and intend to pick up her backlist.

Review: I love this story. The evolution of Jason to a caring loving and compassionate man and of Destiny to trust and security in her love for Jason is outstanding. Of course buried beneath the soldier Jason has always been compassionate it takes a lengthy prison stay to bring it out. Destiny has married to someone who didn't like women and she being innocent thinks it is her fault that her husband killed himself. These two tortured souls definitely belong together. My only complaint was the ending. Even the epilogue was not a satisfying as it could have been, especially after the power of the rest of the story.
