Rating: Summary: Margot is a keeper. Review: I loved MR.FAMILY. I picked up the book with little more than sitting down to read. I couldn't put the book down as I just had to see what was on the next page. Margot Early captures a family love as well as an attraction that dreams are made of . I have passed the book to my friends and made sure I got the book back. It takes a great book to become a keeper on my shelf and this is an all time favorite keeper! Margot Early is also a very personable person and when I wrote telling her I loved the book , she took the time to write back
Rating: Summary: Storyline from Publisher Review: Mr. Family by Margot Early- Harlequin Superromance #711 1996- Kal Johnson is a still-grieving widower with a young child. He has no intention of loving -- and perhaps losing-another woman. But it's become increasingly clear that his daughter needs someone besides him. A mother. So Kal places an ad offering a "celibate marriage" -- an ad answered by Erika Blade. He likes her letter and soon discovers that he likes her. More than likes. Which is the one thing that wasn't supposed to happen...
Rating: Summary: Yet another great book, Mr. Family Review: Mr. Family had me right after I read the summary on the back. We recieved this book through the mail, and there were a few for me to chose one, I picked up Mr. Family, and read it between calls at work, in three days. That's intense reading. The author has a way with her words, so greatly discriptive that I felt like I could be right there in Hawaii with the couple. The way Margot described Mr. Family's young daughter, and the fits she threw, and her every move just made it seem like I was right there watching this georgous little girl, playing in her room, or throwing a fit, or watching her run to the ocean. Margot is very well with descriptive words, and I hope everyone gets a chance to read this book.
Rating: Summary: An Exceptional Book! Review: Mr. Family is by far the best novel I have read. To date I have read it at least 6 times. The story, characters and plot are so moving. Erika, Kal, Hiialo, they make you seem as if you are right there with them. Margot is completely awesome.
Rating: Summary: Outstanding! Review: Mr. Family proves again that there is no voice quite like Margot Early's when it comes to the language of the heart. -- Laura DeVrie
