Summary: A love story to capture a young woman's heart
Review: The first time I read this book I couldn't put it down! Literally, I was up till dawn and beyond. It was the book that really got me hooked on historical romance. I still compare all couples to Wolf and Storm. Every time I re-read it (5 and counting) it makes me cry, laugh, and sigh. Check out the companion book, And Gold Was Ours, featuring Wolf's cousin. These two are Rebecca's best books.

Summary: exellent
Review: This an exellant book and actually i read a lot of books every year and i read this book when i was 16 and i am 30 now, this is still my favorite book of all times. The charecter development of both wolf and storm was quite amazing and it was really neat, how the book was over a 10 year+ period, and how i felt i was expieriencing thier lives including the birth of chance and how storm narrates the book doing the last chapter first and i also love the poem that is at the beginning of the book, its a great summury of thier lives together. read read read this book, and any other rebbeca brandyewyne that you can get ahold of....

Summary: A love story to capture a young woman's heart
Review: This is a love story to capture a young woman's heart and hold it 16 yrs later. It is a story that is so unpredictible not like most romances. It is full of laughter and tears....and you literally do both. Wolf is a man women see as pure strength! And Storm is a woman who will survive! One of my favorite parts is where Storm dances in her red dress, God to have that freedom and have your man desire you as Wolf did her! I have read hundreds of romance novels and this one far surpasses every one! Thank you Rebecca Bradewyne for giving me strength thru your words and for giving me a love story to last me a life time! Oh and I have given away every romance novel i have ever read except this one, and i have kept it with me thru 16 yrs of love, laughter, and tears.....once again Thankyou Rebecca!!

Summary: My first romance novel and one of the best ever
Review: This novel literally moved me to tears. Storm, the leading lady of the story, is a spoiled Southern belle at first, completely sheltered. She meets a mysterious man called Wolf who is part Native American (or so he says) after an incident leaves her alone in the prairie. Storm slyly gets the gruff and resistant Wolf to help her, and in the process they fall in love. Storm is meanwhile transformed into a woman who can take care of herself. Then the story changes gears, and she is put back in her old life-but Wolf reappears and changes her world again. Learning Wolf's own story is just as interesting and moving. He has been so hardened, yet learned to love again. Beautiful!

The transitions of the characters of Storm and Wolf are amazing and so touching. This book hooked me on romance novels twenty years ago. I laughed, cried and in the end was left very satisfied. This novel is a gift to the romance industry.

Summary: A True Masterpiece! There is NO comparison to this book!
Review: This was one of the first Romance Novels I had ever read, and it is also one of the Best! I have read this book about 5 times in the past ten years, and it's so captivating, it's like the first time, EVERY time. I wish more authors had talent like this. You can really feel the emotion of the characters. It's like you're experiencing their passion, sorrow, lonliness WITH them...it's really a book to enjoy. It is a thick book, but every page keeps you riveted. I go through this book in less than 3 days, every time. You just can't stand to put it down!!!

Summary: One of the best books I have ever read!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Review: WOW - Story line was simply amazing. Complex, detailed, romantic all in one package. I simply could not find a place to stop reading & go to bed. Stayed up all night long reading & then reread the [...] thing 6 more times. Wolf & Storm's love affair is a masterpiece.

Wolf is an indian halfbreed who fits into both societies very well. He is strikingly handsome/breath taking gorgious...Storm is a dark haired beauty who is extremely independent and self sufficient. She survives kidnapping, harsh living conditions, corrupted family members, and personal tragedies. Although Wolf and Storm experience a love/hate relationship -- their love for one another overcomes all the barriers thrown at them by family, so called friends, and society.

The plot is very intricate. its difficult to review without giving the book away. Its my highest recommendation to buy and read it several times. It makes you swoon, laugh and cry. Most books don't move me to tears but this one did.
